It is my first New Year in New York City.
This picture is taken at 7pm New York time. Location: 52nd street at broadway, which is 10 blocks away from where the ball drops. Between 42nd street and 52nd street all you can see is people. I gave up advancing any further because I had to go to the lower east side to have dinner with my friends. From the 52nd street you can't even see time square. They set up these big screen TVs every 4 to 5 blocks so that everybody can get a view of the ball.
